行程： Round Top Peak, Winnemucca Lake via PCT (美國分會）

全長 - 6.9 Miles 爬升 - 2,162' Ascent -2,162' Descent

A loop hike to the summit of Round Top past scenic Winnemucca and Round Top lakes.

From the parking lot, hike along Woods Creek Road, cross the bridge and then look for the sign on the right for the Round Top Lake Trail to Round Top Lake. Climb through gradually opening pine forests toward the lake as Round Top and The Sisters loom ahead.

At the lake, continue on the Round Top Summit Trail. Follow the climber's trail to the saddle, then turn left and make the scramble to the summit of Round Top and enjoy the views, which extend north as far as Lake Tahoe.

Scramble back down, and when you return to the trail, turn right on the Fourth of July Lake Trail to Winnemucca Lake. After enjoying the sights at the lake, return to the trailhead on the Winnemucca Lake Trail.
