8/7 Lizard Head & Black Face (7.6 miles, elevation gain: 1900 ft, advanced: 11.7 miles)
8/8 Sneffels Highline Loop & saddle below Mt. Emma & Deep Creek Trail (8 miles, elevation gain: 3300 ft, advanced: 12.7 miles)
8/9 Mesa Verde National Park (Mesa Top Loop Road, Far View Sites Complex - 0.8 mile, Step House - 1 mile, Badger House Trail - 2.2 miles
advanced hiker: Mt. Sneffels(14150 ft, 5 miles round trip, elevation gain 3050 ft, need 4WD car to drive to tailhead)
==8/9 PM drive to hotel at Silverton or Ouray, Colorado
8/10 Ice lakes (8.4 miles, elevation gain 2500 ft)
8/11 Handies Peak / American Basin (5.4 miles round trip, elvation gain 2448 ft, need 4WD car)
==8/11 PM drive to hotel at Aspen, Colorado
8/12 Buckskin Pass/Maroon Bells (9.2 miles, elevation gain 2880 ft)
advanced hiker: North Maroon Peak (14014 ft, 8 miles, elevation gain 4600 ft)
