Gokyo Trek

Hike from Lukla-- Dole-- Gokyo valley 4800m..followed by the crossing of the Ngozumba Glacier to Tagnak/Thangna(4750m).. Beginning of the return: Leaving Thangna village 4750m trek down to machhermo 4470m.. Dole 4050m..Phortse Tenga 3680m and zigzag ascent arrived Mong La 3900m --the next day head for Khumjung and then the steep descent towards Namche Bazar 3440m -- another steep descent towards Phakding 2640m --walked the easy trail to Lukla 2886m -- home. 註: Ngozumba Glacier with a length of around 40km is the largest glacier in Nepal.http://www.himalayas-trekking-pictures.com/everest5.htm (Ngozumba Glacier / Ngozumpa Glacier / Ngazumpa glacier ) than, yearning to go back since there is work to be done. photo by z.en, Copyright z.en Kuo / all rights reserved.
